TL;DR

Senior DevOps Engineer (GCP/AWS/Kubernetes): Managing and evolving cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines with an accent on high availability, observability, and automation. Focus on driving self-service capabilities, optimizing cloud costs, and ensuring production-readiness across multi-product environments.

Location: Remote (Global), or from offices in Kaunas and Vilnius

Salary: from €5,000 Gross/month

What you will do

Manage and evolve Terraform-managed infrastructure on GCP and AWS.
Operate and enhance applications deployed to Kubernetes.
Implement DevOps best practices and ensure production-readiness in collaboration with developers and CloudOps.
Ensure high availability, observability, and cost-efficiency across infrastructure.
Improve and monitor CI/CD pipelines to support fast and safe delivery.
Handle incidents, perform root cause analysis, and drive automation to reduce manual toil.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience managing Linux systems.
Proficiency with Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, Git, SQL, and CI/CD tools.
Strong skills in Python, Go, or similar programming languages.
Experience in highly available and scalable cloud environments (GCP or AWS).
Familiarity with Helm, Kustomize, or GitOps workflows.
Proactive problem-solving approach and a high sense of ownership.

Nice to have

Knowledge of cloud platform cost optimization techniques.
Experience in leading company-wide initiatives.
