TL;DR

Manager, Regulatory Policy & Intelligence (Biopharma): Monitor global regulatory intelligence across health authorities and manage complex policy projects with an accent on identifying trends impacting programs and business objectives. Focus on synthesizing documents, tracking changes, leading cross-functional initiatives, and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.

Location: Fully remote from anywhere. Occasional travel (5–15%) for team meetings or events.

Salary: $133,000–173,000 Annual

What you will do

  • Monitor global regulatory intelligence, identifying trends and developments impacting hirify.global's programs and objectives.
  • Source and synthesize key regulatory documents to support strategic assessments.
  • Track regulatory changes and deliver timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Lead cross-functional policy projects, ensuring alignment and high-quality delivery.
  • Champion process improvements within the regulatory subunit.
  • Communicate regulatory insights clearly to prepare stakeholders for dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific field.
  • 5+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
  • Detail-oriented with pursuit of knowledge beyond expertise and sound judgment in ambiguity.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and recalibrate effectively.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and trust-based relationship building.
  • Confident and optimistic approach to challenges.

Nice to have

  • Background in Regulatory Affairs.
  • Project management experience with cross-functional teams.
