Staff Product Manager (Fintech): Own end-to-end customer experience across saving, spending, and credit products for high-value segment in Colombia with an accent on balancing growth, unit economics, and simplicity at scale. Focus on leading complex launches/migrations, optimizing pricing/credit performance/churn, and navigating trade-offs between profitability and engagement.

Location: Colombia, Bogota. Hybrid 2-3 times/week in office.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end customer experience across saving, spending, and credit for high-value segment in Colombia.
• Lead strategy and execution for multi-product portfolio including Cards, Yield, Financing, Payments, and Partnerships.
• Define portfolio strategy, translate goals into simple scalable offerings, and optimize business levers like pricing, unit economics, growth, and retention.
• Drive major launches and migrations with go-to-market, operations, and monitoring.
• Use data and insights to diagnose issues, set priorities, and measure impact.
• Align stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, Risk, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Partnerships for execution excellence.

Requirements

• Advanced or Fluent English: required, used daily
• Strong end-to-end product ownership with proven high-impact outcomes.
• Portfolio and strategy mindset to manage trade-offs and direction.
• Customer-centric thinking and deep understanding of behaviors.
• Business acumen with pricing, economics, growth, retention metrics.
• Data-driven decisions using quantitative/qualitative insights.
• Structured thinking, cross-functional leadership, execution track record, high agency.
