What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of System Administrators for daily operations and technical growth.
• Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of core systems and infrastructure across multiple environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, outages, and disruptions.
• Manage logical security including user accounts, permissions, groups, and role-based access control.
• Conduct capacity planning, performance analysis, and configuration management.
• Administer enterprise backup and disaster recovery technologies like NetBackup and Veeam.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and other IT groups for operational alignment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of IT systems experience with hands-on system administration
• Strong Linux/Red Hat skills
• Experience with IBM/Lenovo hardware, NetApp storage, ESXi, VMware, NetBackup/Veeam
• Strong communication skills to lead teams
• Drive continuous improvement in documentation, automation, and operations

Nice to have

• Prior management or team leadership experience in IT/system administration
• Experience with multi-site or data center environments
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
