What you will do

• Lead customers from startups to enterprises through time-boxed technical engagements like onboarding and launch preparation.
• Provide guidance on best practices for builds, caching, web performance, cost efficiency, and deployments.
• Troubleshoot challenges with Next.js, serverless functions, build pipelines, and integrations.
• Author playbooks, documentation, and knowledge base articles to scale solutions.
• Partner with Sales, Support, and Product teams to escalate issues and influence improvements.
• Spot patterns in challenges and recommend optimizations for broader adoption.

Requirements

• 3+ years in frontend development, technical support, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical role
• Strong knowledge of Next.js, React, and modern web performance best practices
• Familiarity with troubleshooting frontend build systems, serverless runtimes, and API integrations
• Ability to diagnose complex issues and provide clear, empathetic recommendations
• Must have used hirify.global or Next.js (or comparable platform)
• Strong communication skills for writing, async channels, and live discussions

• Contributions to open-source, technical docs, or developer advocacy
• Experience in incident management, serverless debugging, or frontend optimization
