Pay Rate: $31/hr (W2 Only)

What you will do

• Perform booking and funding of commercial loans in LoanIQ system.
• Handle money movement activities and respond to requests from other Lines of Business.
• Troubleshoot issues related to loan booking, funding, and LoanIQ functionality.
• Assist staff in adopting LoanIQ while maintaining production processing.
• Log and document transactions, interactions, and support activities accurately.
• Identify process improvements and report key performance metrics to management.

Requirements

• Proficiency in LoanIQ required
• Experience with commercial loan booking and funding operations
• Strong understanding of commercial loan credit agreements and documentation
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to prioritize in high-pressure environment
• Ability to work effectively in hybrid model

Nice to have

• Knowledge of AFS
• Experience supporting system conversions or migrations in lending
