What you will do

• Own the purchasing process for datacenter collocation, Internet, hardware, and assets, collaborating with stakeholders to prepare requirements and optimize vendor negotiations.
• Engage in cross-team communication with Infrastructure, Legal, Security, Finance, and Product teams while managing vendor onboarding.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with global suppliers and vendors.
• Promote cost-saving practices and best procurement methods across teams.
• Track and report key metrics to reduce expenses and improve procurement effectiveness.
• Maintain contract renewals and ensure documentation is up-to-date.

Requirements

• Genuine interest in latest technologies and willingness to learn.
• Previous experience in procurement, supply chain, negotiations, data center colocation, and vendor management.
• Experience working in teams with strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
• Organizational and detail-oriented skills for fast-paced environment.
• Ability to make quick decisions with solid reasoning.
• Experience with Jira, ZIPHQ, Netbox, Grafana.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Lithuanian.
