What you will do

• Coordinate end-to-end purchasing activities and price negotiations to ensure company profitability.
• Manage tenders and benchmarking processes in alignment with procurement policies and procedures.
• Coordinate contract approvals and lifecycles with legal, treasury, data protection, and accounting departments.
• Administer P2P processes, Vendor Master Data, and contract registers within ERP and CLM systems.
• Conduct KYC checks and maintain categorized databases of suppliers and contract durations.
• Execute supplier search based on specific category and location requirements from stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Procurement Specialist.
• Degree or equivalent vocational experience in procurement, finance, or contract management.
• High-level understanding of business disciplines related to finance and contract management.
• Knowledge of procurement categories including IT, Facility & Office Management, Consulting, and Technology.
