Salary: 59,000 - 76,000 CZK per month dependent on experience.

What you will do

  • Own supplier onboarding as core responsibility, including setup, documentation, and due diligence.
  • Shape and embed scalable supplier onboarding processes within Coupa.
  • Support risk assessment, compliance checks, and day-to-day procure-to-pay activities.
  • Handle spot buy negotiations for lower-value requests.
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Legal, Operations, and other stakeholders.
  • Identify process gaps, improve documentation, and add structure to workflows.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with supplier onboarding or related processes.
  • Understanding of procurement basics and purchase requisition workflows.
  • Exposure to compliance, legal, or risk checks in supplier/vendor context.
  • Experience in procurement or accounts payable.
  • Experience in structured corporate or mid-market environments.
  • Based remotely in the Czech Republic.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Coupa.
  • Understanding of sanction screening, supplier risk, or EMI requirements.
  • Pragmatic, solutions-focused mindset.
