What you will do

• Build premium, responsive UIs in React focusing on component architecture and state management.
• Develop and maintain backend services using Python (FastAPI) and TypeScript (Node.js).
• Design REST/GraphQL APIs and integrate with Microsoft Graph (mail, calendar, SharePoint, Teams).
• Implement agent orchestration features including tool execution, job scheduling, and audit logs.
• Own the data layer design, including PostgreSQL schemas, migrations, and query performance.
• Ensure production readiness through observability, reliability, and secure-by-default patterns.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience shipping production software as a full-stack engineer.
• Strong proficiency in React (hooks, performance, design systems).
• Solid backend experience in Python and/or TypeScript.
• Expertise in API design and security fundamentals (OAuth/OIDC, secrets management).
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL), Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly from Bulgaria or Serbia.

Nice to have

• Experience with FastAPI, Pydantic, Celery, or async Python in production.
• Proficiency with Node.js frameworks like NestJS or Express at scale.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and real-time UI (Websockets/SSE).
• Experience with Kubernetes and building developer platforms (SDKs, CLI tools).
• Exposure to LLM/agent systems, tool calling, and evaluation frameworks.
