Membership Operations Intern

TL;DR

Membership Operations Intern: Aid the Membership team in delivering support, improving internal processes, and managing projects across Coworking, Meeting & Events, and Membership operations in 21 locations with an accent on operational efficiency, standardization, and workflow management. Focus on reactive support, project tracking, data analysis, and developing training materials.

Location: Must work onsite from headquarters in Amsterdam and be legally permitted to work and live in The Netherlands.

What you will do

• Provide reactive operational support by answering questions and solving problems across Coworking, Meeting & Events, and Membership platforms.
• Standardize processes, tools, and workflows for operations.
• Support projects through internal research, quality checks, and operational procedures.
• Manage projects by tracking deadlines, agendas, and taking ownership.
• Facilitate communication including hosting monthly operational team meetings.
• Assist in developing in-person and e-learning training materials.
• Conduct data analysis by conceptualizing reports and highlights.

Requirements

• Enrolled in University or University of Applied Sciences (WO/HBO) as a student
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); other European languages a bonus
• Legally permitted to work and live in The Netherlands
• Available full-time (40 hours/week) for 6-7 months starting August/September 2026
• Able to work onsite from Amsterdam support hub
• Eagerness to develop in project management within operational environments
• Creative thinker who challenges conventional approaches
• Detail-oriented with interest in assessing operational procedures
• Tech-savvy and eager to learn various operational systems
