Workplace Services Intern

TL;DR

Workplace Services Intern (Facilities Management): Supporting day-to-day workplace operations and continuous improvement of the office environment with an accent on facilities management, health & safety, and service delivery. Focus on coordinating vendors, tracking service requests, and implementing workplace projects to enhance employee experience.

What you will do

• Support daily workplace operations including office services, meeting rooms, and access management.
• Coordinate external vendors for cleaning, security, catering, and maintenance.
• Manage service requests and incidents using tracking systems.
• Support Health & Safety activities such as documentation, inspections, and compliance checks.
• Assist in workplace projects, rollouts, signage, and internal communications.
• Analyze workplace data on occupancy and service levels to prepare KPI reports.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Facilities Management, Real Estate, Business, Hospitality, or Engineering.
• Fluent English proficiency; Dutch language skills are a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
• Must be available for a full-time internship (40h/week) for 5-6 months starting Summer 2026.
