Salary: €53,000 - €84,100 per year

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design process from discovery and ideation to delivery and iteration.
• Design intuitive user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces for both web and native app experiences.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX writers, researchers, and engineers to translate user needs into design solutions.
• Prototype and validate ideas quickly through user research and usability testing.
• Contribute to and evolve the company design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Use data, insights, and experimentation to continuously improve the user experience.

Requirements

• 3-6+ years of experience designing digital products, preferably in a tech company, scale-up, or marketplace.
• Strong proficiency in Figma for interface design, prototyping, and design system work.
• Experience designing for B2B and complex products across web and native apps.
• Must be based in the Netherlands or hold a valid work permit/EU passport.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• A portfolio showcasing design process and product thinking.

• Experience or curiosity regarding the use of AI in design flows and processes.
