What you will do

• Design and evolve reusable content structures for the learning platform.
• Develop intuitive CMS tools for the internal content team to publish training formats.
• Contribute to and strengthen the design system through real product application.
• Ensure all designs meet WCAG accessibility standards from the initial draft.
• Deliver high-quality Figma files with proper auto-layout, variants, and specs.
• Integrate AI tools into daily workflows for prototyping, research, and automation.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of product design experience in a fast-moving team.
• Strong pattern and system thinking with a focus on reusable structures.
• Deep understanding of accessibility and WCAG compliance.
• Proficiency in Figma with clean, developer-ready deliverables.
• Experience designing with real content and editorial structures.
• Comfortable using AI tools like Claude or Cursor for design and prototyping.

Nice to have

• Background in EdTech, instructional design, or content design.
• Experience with motion and interaction design principles.
• Knowledge of multilingual or multi-locale product design.
• Basic ability to read and tweak HTML, CSS, and modern JS frameworks.
