What you will do

• Build and ship end-to-end metasite experiences.
• Lead production of 3D assets, environments, gameplay, VFX, and audio integration.
• Define and enforce scalable content pipelines across UE5, Unity, and Godot.
• Prototype gameplay mechanics and features to bridge creative direction and technical feasibility.
• Optimize runtime performance, including frame budgets, memory, and lighting.
• Mentor technical teams across art, gameplay, and engineering to ensure quality.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Unreal Engine 5 (C++ / Blueprints) and Unity (C#).
• Generalist background in 3D pipelines, materials/shaders, lighting, and VFX.
• Working knowledge of Blender and Substance Painter/Designer.
• Solid understanding of content optimization for real-time applications.
• Proven track record of shipping projects from concept to release with mentoring responsibilities.
• Must be based in Serbia

Nice to have

• Experience with Godot or WebGL/PlayCanvas.
• Background in concept art or environment design.
• Experience in VR/XR, simulation, digital twin, or R&D engineering.
• Experience shipping live cross-engine or multi-platform products.
