What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain production-grade AI/ML services and multi-agent systems using modern orchestration frameworks.
• Build RAG and GraphRAG solutions for enterprise knowledge management and search.
• Deploy and integrate AI services using AWS technologies, including Bedrock, Lambda, ECS, and S3.
• Design and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services using FastAPI and Python.
• Develop and maintain high-performance Power BI and Tableau dashboards and reports.
• Automate BI workflows and reporting pipelines using Python, Pandas, and SQL.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Python backend development focused on AI/ML services.
• Hands-on experience with RAG, GraphRAG, and multi-agent AI systems (LlamaIndex preferred).
• Strong experience with AWS (Bedrock, Lambda, ECS, S3) and vector databases like OpenSearch or Neptune Analytics.
• 5+ years of experience with Power BI and 3+ years with Tableau development and administration.
• 5+ years of SQL experience, including Snowflake or Microsoft Fabric environments.
• Must be based in Mexico, Uruguay, Argentina, Brazil, or Colombia.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services or capital markets.
• Knowledge of MCP server development (FastMCP) and AI traceability concepts.
• Experience with async Python and microservices/API gateway patterns.
• Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
