What you will do

• Analyze and document CRM system requirements to align with business needs and stakeholder goals.
• Configure and customize CRM functionality to support business processes and maintain data integrity.
• Manage system integrations, data migrations, and API connectivity.
• Perform ongoing system maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Develop system enhancements using configuration and C# plugin development.
• Train and support end users to increase CRM adoption across the organization.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE).
• Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Hands-on experience with APIs, integrations, and C# plugin development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

• CompTIA A certification.
