Location: Remote (United States)

Salary: $45–$55 hourly

What you will do

  • Maintain ChangePoint system, handle issues, updates, and back-end data changes.
  • Investigate and resolve system defects, document results.
  • Produce written deliverables for technical design, system testing, and implementation.
  • Provide overall management and ownership of the ChangePoint system, staying current with technology and practices.
  • Work with SDLC methodologies like Agile and Waterfall on complex projects.
  • Collaborate with team members and end-users, provide off-hours support as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • At least 4+ years as ChangePoint Admin and 5+ years as ChangePoint Data Architect.
  • C#, SSMS, TFS, Azure DevOps, MS Excel, Visual Studio.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • May require customer approval for access to systems and premises.

Nice to have

  • ChangePoint Web API knowledge.
  • Dynamics CRM, HTML, MS PowerShell, debug tools like Fiddler.
