What you will do

• Build, maintain, and optimize website pages and templates using Webflow and Wix.
• Develop scalable components and implement custom code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Execute conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives, including A/B and multivariate testing.
• Apply SEO best practices across site structure, metadata, and technical implementation.
• Monitor site performance and user behavior using Google Analytics and Hotjar.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and growth teams to translate brand initiatives into seamless user journeys.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in website marketing, product management, or digital strategy.
• Hands-on expertise in Webflow and Wix is mandatory.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for component customization.
• Experience with API integrations and compliance-led tracking in regulated environments.
• Strong track record of improving site performance and conversion rates.
• Must be eligible to be hired via an Employee of Record (MindPearl) in South Africa.

• Knowledge of GDPR, data compliance, and secure form handling.
