What you will do

  • Provide technical support to customers regarding CMS and website issues.
  • Advise customers on website optimization to improve online results.
  • Manage website restyling and technical improvement projects.
  • Implement custom updates and customizations using HTML and CSS.
  • Guide new customers through the onboarding process and website launch.
  • Collaborate with Product and Development teams to enhance CMS functionality and documentation.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in web support, CMS management, or frontend development.
  • Hands-on proficiency in HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms.
  • Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to take ownership.
  • Higher education qualification or equivalent level of thinking and working.
