What you will do
- Define and execute product vision, roadmap, and strategy aligned with business goals
- Collaborate with logistics stakeholders to understand workflows and translate requirements into specs and user stories
- Work with English-speaking engineering teams to deliver scalable web-based solutions
- Manage full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization
- Drive user testing, feedback collection, and data-driven improvements
- Monitor KPIs and act as communication bridge between Japanese stakeholders and global IT teams
- Participate in Agile ceremonies with cross-functional international teams
Requirements
- Fluent Japanese and business-level English communication skills are mandatory
- Proven experience as Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar
- Strong understanding of web development concepts (APIs, system design, front-end/back-end)
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or operational systems
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Experience with multicultural and cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Knowledge of logistics platforms (WMS, TMS, inventory management)
- Experience with enterprise tools or operational platforms
