What you will do

• Define and execute product vision, roadmap, and strategy aligned with business goals
• Collaborate with logistics stakeholders to understand workflows and translate requirements into specs and user stories
• Work with English-speaking engineering teams to deliver scalable web-based solutions
• Manage full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization
• Drive user testing, feedback collection, and data-driven improvements
• Monitor KPIs and act as communication bridge between Japanese stakeholders and global IT teams
• Participate in Agile ceremonies with cross-functional international teams

Requirements

• Fluent Japanese and business-level English communication skills are mandatory
• Proven experience as Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar
• Strong understanding of web development concepts (APIs, system design, front-end/back-end)
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or operational systems
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Experience with multicultural and cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Knowledge of logistics platforms (WMS, TMS, inventory management)
• Experience with enterprise tools or operational platforms
