Full Stack AI Engineer (AI)

TL;DR

Full Stack AI Engineer (AI): Build working prototypes of agentic AI applications, LLM workflows, and full-stack products with an accent on rapid experimentation across frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen), open source tools, and low-code stacks. Focus on distilling ambiguous ideas from founders into testable code, contributing to shared libraries, and embedding with portfolio companies.

Location: Remote (Global)

Compensation: $75/hour for first 4 weeks (contract-to-hire trial)

What you will do

• Build prototypes of agentic AI applications, LLM workflows, and full-stack products
• Experiment quickly across AI frameworks, open source tools, and low-code stacks
• Interface with product thinkers and founders to turn ideas into testable code
• Contribute to internal libraries and Infinity Commons
• Embed with portfolio companies to support launches and unblock execution

Requirements

• Fluency in Python and experience with AI toolkits and APIs
• Experience rapidly building and iterating on proof-of-concepts or MVPs
• Comfort using commercial APIs, open source, and low-code tooling
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical intuition

Nice to have

• Prior work with AI agents, vector databases, or RAG
• Experience with frontend development (React, Next.js)
• Background in STEM, data science, or quant-heavy engineering
• Previous experience in venture-backed startup or technical founder role
