TL;DR

Head of AI (AI Agents): Architect, build, and operate hirify.global’s digital workforce of AI agents automating operations, accelerating delivery, and powering product development with an accent on agent architecture, orchestration, and scalable systems. Focus on designing multi-agent interactions, deploying production agents for HR, business development, admin, reporting, and integrating AI tooling into BI workflows.

Remote (European time zones) with core hours 10:00–16:00 CET and quarterly in-person team weeks.

What you will do

• Design AI agent architecture: define agents, their functions, interactions, and scalability.
• Build and deploy AI agents for real work in HR workflows, business development, admin, reporting, knowledge management, and quality checks.
• Develop AI-assisted products including the new Platform and other offers.
• Integrate AI tooling into BI team workflows to accelerate delivery 3–5x.
• Operate and maintain the digital workforce: monitor, iterate, extend, and document.
• Identify high-leverage AI opportunities through building systems.

Requirements

• 2+ years hands-on experience building AI systems in production.
• Deep experience with LLMs, AI agents, and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, n8n, or similar).
• Strong Python skills; comfortable with APIs, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (OpenClaw, Claude Code & Cowork, Cursor, or equivalent).
• Shipped real AI products or agent systems, not just prototypes.
• Systems thinker able to design full AI agent architectures.
• Work fast, lean, independently with exceptional proactive communication and full ownership.
