What you will do

• Support Producer with day-to-day production tasks across multiple projects
• Coordinate logistics for pre-production and shoot days (crew, talent, locations, rentals, travel)
• Build and distribute key production documents (call sheets, schedules, contact lists, releases)
• Track details, timelines, deliverables, approvals, and notes to prevent slips
• Handle communications with clients, crew, and vendors
• Manage file organization, footage delivery, archiving, and handoffs
• Assist on-set with coordination, time management, and problem-solving

• Based in the Bay Area (required)
• Obsessively detail-oriented with nothing slipping through cracks
• Highly organized, able to juggle multiple projects
• Calm, resourceful, dependable under pressure
• Strong communicator (written and verbal)
