What you will do
- Lead onboarding, deployment, and optimization of for strategic customers.
- Design scalable architectures for cloud, hybrid, and on-premise environments.
- Guide integrations with identity providers (SSO, SAML, OAuth, LDAP), CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools.
- Ensure high reliability, security, and performance for distributed teams.
- Act as primary technical advisor, resolve challenges with Product/Engineering teams, and capture feedback for roadmap.
- Conduct workshops, architecture reviews, and maintain deployment documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, DevOps, or similar customer-facing technical role.
- Strong expertise in Linux, networking, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), cloud infrastructure.
- Experience with scripting (Python, Go, Bash, Node.js) and DevOps/CI/CD tools (GitHub/GitLab, Jenkins, Terraform, Jira).
- Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and secure system design.
- Fluent English and French (written/spoken).
- Must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom and meet U.S. export control requirements (EAR/ITAR).
Nice to have
- Experience in public sector, defense, or regulated industries.
- Familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, NIS2, UK NCSC.
- Air-gapped or highly secure deployments.
- Security clearance (UK SC, French defense, NATO Secret).
- Mobile device management (Intune, MobileIron, Workspace ONE).
- Startup or high-growth SaaS experience.
