What you will do

• Oversee and manage day-to-day brokerage operations to ensure seamless execution across all functions.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational policies and workflows for efficiency and scalability.
• Conduct operational gap analyses to identify inefficiencies and lead initiatives to address bottlenecks.
• Perform product line analysis to evaluate market relevance and profitability.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and build effective relationships with external insurers and vendors.
• Prepare and present data-driven operational reports and performance analyses.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in insurance operations or a related field.
• Possession of CMFAS certifications (BCP, PGI, and/or CGI).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

Nice to have

• Strong understanding of insurance industry regulations and compliance requirements.
• Additional CMFAS certifications (M5, M9, M9A, and/or HI).
