What you will do

• Frame shots, light scenes, and bring stories to life through cinematography.
• Manage production logistics, coordinate schedules, set up gear, and ensure smooth shoots.
• Direct non-actors in interviews, guide talent on set, and collaborate with clients on creative goals.
• Handle post-production from organizing footage to cutting polished videos with pacing, sound, and visual storytelling.
• Work across concept, planning, shooting, directing, editing, and delivery for brand content.
• Collaborate closely with small team and clients to shape projects from start to finish.

Requirements

• San Francisco on-site full-time.
• Strong eye and visual taste for framing shots, lighting scenes, and storytelling.
• Confident in producing: managing logistics, schedules, gear setup, and shoot flow.
• Able to direct non-actors, talent, and collaborate with clients creatively.
• Skilled in editing and post-production workflows.
• Experience or interest in producing, writing, directing, or growing into creative lead role.
