What you will do

• Produce polished short-form (Instagram, TikTok), medium-form explainers, and long-form content including YouTube and podcasts.
• Manage end-to-end production, including shooting, lighting, and audio in the NYC studio.
• Iterate on content hooks and formats based on retention and performance data to scale winning patterns.
• Implement AI-assisted editing workflows to increase production speed without sacrificing quality.
• Collaborate with the content team on thumbnails, captions, and growth strategies for Instagram and other social channels.
• Drive and track measurable growth in followers, views, watch time, shares, and saves.

Requirements

• 5+ years of in-house video editing experience across short, medium, and long formats.
• Deep fluency in Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• 2+ years of experience in motion graphics animation.
• 2+ years of experience shooting video (camera, lighting, audio) in studio and run-and-gun environments.
• Portfolio demonstrating the ability to create engaging, high-quality content quickly.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to New York City for full-time in-office work.

Nice to have

• Podcast production experience (multi-cam, remote recording, studio workflows).
• Comfortable appearing on camera or coaching others to perform on camera.
• Familiarity with wealth management, personal finance, or B2C content.
• Deep curiosity about social algorithms and emerging video trends.
