What you will do

  • Organize day-to-day operations, resource allocation, and schedule execution for the Sports Scheduling Planner team.
  • Monitor performance, make real-time adjustments, and support analysts in high-pressure situations.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop team members through onboarding, training, coaching, and feedback.
  • Analyze volume, staffing, and productivity trends to implement data-driven optimization strategies.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and drive improvements in planning and scheduling accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Management; communicate decisions and risks to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Location: Based in Sofia, Bulgaria with understanding of Bulgarian labor legislation
  • Proven experience in workforce planning, scheduling, or operational supervision in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify trends and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, time management, and ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Resilience under pressure, precision, attention to detail, and strong communication for cross-functional work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or workforce management tools.
