TL;DR

Sr. Software Engineer (Fullstack React/C#): Driving technical excellence in an enterprise application with an accent on full-stack development, architectural decisions, and scalable solutions. Location: Virtual (remote), open to travel up to 10% of the time

What you will do

  • Take technical ownership of core components with a focus on scalability and maintainability
  • Design and develop features using React (TypeScript) frontend and C#/.NET backend
  • Optimize SQL Server databases including schema design, performance tuning, and data integrity
  • Refactor legacy codebases into modern, modular cloud-native architectures
  • Implement automated unit and integration testing strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and DevOps using Azure DevOps in Agile processes
  • Mentor junior developers and promote technical excellence

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent + 8+ years full-stack and cloud-native development experience
  • Proficiency in C#/.NET, React (Redux, TypeScript), SQL Server (T-SQL, schema, stored procedures), Azure (App Services, Containers, Scaling, Queues)
  • Experience writing automated tests (xUnit, Moq), secure coding (OWASP Top 10), software architecture (microservices, SPA)
  • Agile experience (Scrum/Kanban), excellent communication skills
  • Open to travel up to 10% of the time

Nice to have

  • Microsoft Power BI Embedded and Azure DevOps experience
  • Healthcare or regulated industry experience
