What you will do

• Partner with clients to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Design delivery plans and estimate technical requirements based on client needs.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to implement and document solutions aligned with business goals.
• Lead technical presentations, demos, and workshops to showcase solution capabilities.
• Provide technical guidance during implementation to ensure alignment with best practices.
• Troubleshoot system issues and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Solution Engineer or Technical Consultant.
• Strong understanding of system architecture and software delivery methodologies.
• Ability to communicate confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Salesforce or other cloud-based technologies.
• Industry experience in Higher Education, Financial Services, Media, or Utilities.
