Location: Remote (USA); must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis. In-person training or collaboration may be required in Fenton, MO. Hybrid work flexibility.

What you will do

• Define and execute SEO and GEO strategy across brands, establishing priorities and monitoring algorithm updates.
• Develop SEO-driven content plans, create outlines, write, edit, and optimize web content.
• Build, update, and maintain website pages using WordPress Gutenberg blocks and reusable patterns.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Marketing Technology, IT, and business leaders for aligned content execution.
• Provide technical SEO recommendations and support site enhancements like architecture and schema.
• Monitor performance with Google Analytics, Search Console, and track KPIs for ongoing optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in SEO, web content management, or digital marketing
• Demonstrated ownership of SEO strategy with hands-on CMS execution
• Legally authorized to work in the US permanently; no visa sponsorship
