What you will do

• Lead technical SEO audits to optimize crawlability, indexability, site speed, and mobile-friendliness.
• Develop and implement SEO/AEO strategies for multinational websites, including schema markup and international SEO.
• Create detailed SEO content briefs and map content strategies to the buyer journey for organic acquisition.
• Analyze organic traffic trends and site performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Semrush, and Moz.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize site architecture, internal linking, and JavaScript rendering.
• Integrate insights on how AI and LLMs influence search behavior into client deliverables.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Proficiency in both English and French.
• 5-8 years of progressive SEO experience within a digital marketing agency or in-house team.
• Expertise in SEO tools such as Semrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, and Google Tag Manager.
• Proven track record of implementing SEO strategies for multi-domain and multinational websites.
• B.A. or B.S. degree.

Nice to have

• Experience with HubSpot or other marketing automation platforms.
• Experience presenting strategies to executive-level team members.
• Ability to perform server log file analysis.
