What you will do

  • Design scalable Salesforce solutions, architecture artefacts, and technical roadmaps for client transformations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, consultants, and developers to align technical solutions with business goals.
  • Mentor junior team members, guide development teams, and deliver lunch & learn sessions.
  • Oversee third-party integrations, conduct architectural reviews, and enforce governance for system resilience.
  • Contribute to pre-sales, solution evaluations, issue management, and continuous innovation via certifications and events.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as Salesforce Architect or similar senior technical role.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce platform, integrations, and architecture best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills for technical-business alignment.
  • Strategic mindset for Salesforce-native solutions.
  • Passion for mentoring and team collaboration.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and maintaining 3+ Salesforce certifications annually.
