What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers in acquisition domains
• Define product strategy, roadmap, and OKRs for the Acquisition group
• Establish culture of rapid experimentation, A/B testing, and data-driven decisions
• Design and optimize end-to-end user journeys from initial click to registration
• Make key decisions on strategy and growth roadmaps aligned with marketing efforts

Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Management, 2+ years in Lead/Group PM role managing PMs
• Strong background in FinTech, Trading, GameDev, iGaming, or high-volume B2C acquisition
• Deep expertise in user acquisition funnels, CRO, A/B testing, onboarding UX to registration
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, paid traffic, SEO, ASO
• High proficiency in product analytics (Amplitude, Google Analytics, Mixpanel) and mobile attribution (AppsFlyer, Adjust)
• Strong understanding of UI/UX for data-informed design decisions
