What you will do

• Own product lifecycle for Partnership domain: strategy, roadmap, feature rollout, and iteration
• Conduct CustDev sessions with global partners to identify operational needs
• Write detailed PRDs for complex backend logic, e.g., multi-tier rebate calculations
• Collaborate with Business Development to deliver enhancements for pitching large affiliate networks
• Optimize partner onboarding flow to reduce friction for new IBs

Requirements

• 3+ years Product Management experience in B2B/B2B2C products, Affiliate Platforms, IB Portals, or AdTech
• Deep knowledge of partnership reward models (CPA, Revenue Share, Rebates, CPL) and multi-level commissions
• Strong grasp of marketing tracking: cookies, attribution, S2S postbacks, API integrations
• Experience with complex billing, financial calculations, or payout engines
• Excellent data analytics skills for product usage and partner experience optimization
• B2B empathy, commercial acumen, cross-functional collaboration, problem-solving under pressure

Nice to have

• Experience with IB programs in CFD, Forex, or Crypto industries
• Scaling in-house partnership ecosystems and tracking solutions
• Knowledge of global regulatory compliance for partner payouts and affiliate marketing
