What you will do

• Act as a primary partner for integrators to optimize their use of hirify.global's infrastructure and primitives.
• Structure and distribute opportunities that attract LPs while remaining aligned with hirify.global's goals.
• Coordinate product launches across ecosystem, sales, research, and marketing teams.
• Identify and leverage partner networks and credibility to drive liquidity and usage.
• Source new collaboration opportunities with protocols, vault curators, and yield funds.

Requirements

• Experience in DeFi, crypto business development, or protocol ecosystem management.
• Strong working knowledge of DeFi primitives and financial products.
• Ability to manage multiple high-stakes partner conversations simultaneously.
• High agency and comfort with ambiguity in an early-stage environment.
• Strong communication skills for explaining technical ideas to external partners.
