Product Manager (Corporate Cards)

TL;DR

Product Manager (Corporate Cards): Own end-to-end Corporate Credit Cards product including roadmap, features, and delivery across all phases with an accent on compliance with card schemes (Visa, Mastercard), stakeholder management, and regulatory requirements. What you will do

• Own and maintain Corporate Cards product roadmap and backlog, aligning with business objectives, regulations, and scheme mandates.
• Define, prioritise, and deliver product features with clear value propositions and success criteria.
• Manage requirements across card lifecycle including limits, controls, billing, fees, and reporting; oversee compliance with schemes and vendors.
• Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria; collaborate with tech, operations, risk, and partners for delivery.
• Define UAT scope, coordinate execution, and support rollout; retain post-launch ownership for issues and enhancements.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment, manage dependencies, and represent product in governance forums.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Cards, Payments, or Transaction Banking, preferably Corporate Cards.
• Deep knowledge of card schemes (Visa, Mastercard), controls, fees, and compliance.
• Strong skills in managing complex stakeholders in banking, analysis, documentation, and prioritisation.
• Experience in Agile/hybrid delivery models; familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Visio.

• Experience in UAE/MENA banking context.
