Focus on designing scalable control plane, orchestrating AI agents with Claude Code, and establishing observability, reliability, and security standards.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end architecture of the Kape Partner Portal including Rust backend, Next.js frontend, and infrastructure
• Design and evolve multi-tenant control plane for partner onboarding, entitlements, SDK licensing, and configuration
• Lead AI-assisted development using Claude Code: design prompts, orchestrate sub-agents, review outputs
• Make technology choices across stack (Rust, Next.js, PostgreSQL, Redis) and infrastructure (AWS, Terraform/Scalr)
• Define observability, reliability, security standards with Prometheus, Grafana, alerting
• Design REST APIs for internal and partner integrations; collaborate with product, business, customer teams

Requirements

• Proven experience architecting scalable multi-tenant B2B systems end-to-end, ideally SaaS
• Full-stack comfort: backend, frontend, databases, caching; Rust/Next.js experience or transferable
• Experience orchestrating and supervising AI agents (Claude Code or similar) for production systems
• Strong system design: distributed systems, concurrency, performance, reliability
• REST API design, database modeling, caching strategies
• Excellent communication for technical reviews and enterprise customer presentations
• High ownership, independent operation

• Terraform/Scalr in AWS
• Prometheus and Grafana hands-on
• Identity, authentication, secure networking, VPN platforms
• Designing/shipping SDKs and cross-platform libraries
