What you will do

• Translate strategic objectives into delivery plans, aligning initiatives with enterprise priorities, data/API dependencies, and regulatory requirements
• Integrate business, technology, and AI CoE to orchestrate, prioritize, and scale AI use cases within the change portfolio
• Drive stakeholder alignment across business, technology, and partners to resolve dependencies and deliver business value
• Promote adoption of data- and AI-enabled capabilities by embedding solutions into core processes and products
• Manage delivery strategy, vendor performance, risks, and integrations for Cash Management, Ecosystems, Open Finance, and API initiatives
• Establish governance, monitor progress, and uplift capabilities through scalable architecture and platform resilience

Requirements

• At least 8 years in banking/financial services with exposure to cash management, payments, liquidity, digital channels, ecosystems, APIs, leading complex digital delivery portfolios
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related; PMP/Prince, SAFe, Agile, Scrum Master/Lean Six Sigma Certification
• Cash Management expertise and Digital Programme Management/Delivery experience

• Experience managing vendor/partner delivery and third-party integrations
