What you will do

• Lead regional market growth by adapting global strategy to local trends and competition
• Manage and mentor local team (KOL, SMM/Community, PR/Events, Content specialists)
• Develop quarterly marketing plans for Thailand and optimize regional budgets
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics and guide team priorities
• Connect local team with Global HQ, sharing insights and coordinating campaigns

Requirements

• 4+ years marketing experience, 2+ years leading team of 3+ in fintech/crypto/retail trading
• Expertise in organic/partnership acquisition in Thailand/SEA
• Strong marketing 360: brand, KOL/influencer, PR, community, performance, SMM
• Experience allocating $50k+ monthly budgets, optimizing CPA/ROI
• Hands-on with Google Analytics 4, Tableau/PowerBI for cohort/LTV analysis
• Project tools: Jira/Asana/Confluence
• Native Thai and fluent business English
