What you will do

• Act as AMLCO/CO, prepare and submit annual reports to the Board and CySEC/MOKAS
• Design, implement, and maintain AML/CFT framework, policies, procedures, and risk assessments
• Execute compliance controls including CDD/KYC, transaction monitoring, and suspicious activity reviews
• Review and approve marketing materials per company policies and ESMA guidelines
• Monitor regulatory changes, deliver AML/compliance training, and oversee complaints handling
• Conduct due diligence on counterparts and act as contact for regulators

Requirements

• At least 2 years in Compliance or AML roles within CySEC-regulated CIF
• Holder of CySEC Advanced and AML Certifications
• In-depth knowledge of MiFID II, AML/CFT, MAR, PRIIP, SFDR
• Relevant qualification in Law, Finance, Risk, or Compliance
• Strong attention to detail and deadline management

Nice to have

• Diploma in Compliance/AML (ICA, ACAMS, CISI)
• Degree in Law (LLB/LLM)
• Knowledge of Greek language
