What you will do

• Lead product development for contactless NFC/QR tap-and-pay, telco airtime distribution, and digital wallet systems.
• Define product vision, roadmaps, and KPIs; translate market needs into technical specs and execution plans.
• Engage with key clients (telcos, banks, transit) for requirements gathering, solutioning, and implementation oversight.
• Collaborate with sales on proposals and ensure alignment with revenue, retention, and expansion goals.
• Own product-technical interface, including architecture trade-offs, API orchestration, and design reviews.

Requirements

• Strong technical background (CS degree or equivalent) for architectural and integration discussions.
• 8+ years in product, delivery, or solutions roles with client-facing leadership track record.
• 3+ years in fintech, payments, or telco companies; experience with wallets, airtime/VAS, or transit payments.
• Proven management of complex client engagements from discovery to support.
• Commercial acumen in product P&L, pricing, GTM, and monetization.
• Experience building/integrating digital wallets, offline payments, NFC/EMV systems; prior leadership in startups/emerging markets.
