What you will do

• Design and optimize marketing workflows, processes, and systems for campaign efficiency and scalability.
• Oversee execution of integrated campaigns across digital, email, SEO, and local channels, defining goals, timelines, and metrics.
• Own lead management strategy including scoring, segmentation, routing, and conversion optimization.
• Manage marketing data integrity, KPIs, reporting, and actionable insights across platforms like GA4 and CRM.
• Oversee marketing technology stack, integrations, budgets, and external agency relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field
• Marketing and revenue growth experience in self-storage or national multi-site real estate required
• 5–7+ years in marketing operations, digital marketing, or related roles
• Expertise in marketing automation, CRM, analytics tools, lead management, and customer lifecycle marketing
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and project management skills
• Experience managing agencies and vendors
