What you will do

• Design, implement, and optimize Power BI semantic models for accuracy, performance, and scalability.
• Write and optimize complex DAX measures, implement calculation groups, and apply advanced techniques.
• Configure Row-Level Security (RLS), enforce governance standards, and ensure compliance.
• Use Git/Azure DevOps for source control, branches, pull requests, and structured releases.
• Write efficient SQL queries to transform datasets for Power BI integration.
• Take ownership of tasks from specification to delivery with minimal supervision.
• Champion dimensional modelling and star schema for consistency and performance.
• Build and enhance enterprise-grade dashboards aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience as Power BI Developer or similar role.
• Proven track record with complex Power BI models, reports, DAX, RLS, and calculation groups.
• Strong understanding of dimensional modelling, star schemas, and BI best practices.
• Knowledge of SQL and experience with databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle).
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
