What you will do

• Develop detailed project plans outlining activities, timelines, and milestones in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate resource allocation for labour, equipment, and materials according to schedules.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks, developing contingency plans to maintain timelines.
• Generate progress reports with status, metrics, and forecasts for management and stakeholders.
• Integrate inputs from contractors, architects, engineers, and project managers into planning.
• Support delivery of Data Centre projects in and around London and across Europe.

Requirements

• London based role with Hybrid Working
• Construction related degree or equivalent qualification.
• Demonstrable experience in Data Centre space (highly preferred) or transferable from MEP, Pharma, Energy.
• Experience delivering projects as consultant or client-side Project Planner from conception to completion (RIBA stage 1-5).
• Proficiency in Asta PowerProjects and/or Primavera P6.
• In-depth knowledge of construction project management principles and best practices.
• Client-focused team player with positive, proactive approach.

Nice to have

• Experience in Advanced Tech sector including advanced manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, aerospace, robotics.
