What you will do

• Develop influencer and content strategies tailored to client objectives, defining formats, creators, and creative direction.
• Lead team of Mid-level and Junior Influencer Managers with oversight, coaching, and performance management.
• Own full campaign lifecycle from brief to launch, optimization, and results analysis across multiple accounts.
• Serve as primary client contact, guiding strategy, selection, and execution while supporting sales proposals and pitches.
• Manage content approvals, quality control, and operations in Airtable, including automations and workflows.
• Collaborate with leadership on best practices, risk management, and continuous optimization for key metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years in influencer marketing with proven track record of successful campaigns.
• Ability to translate client briefs into strategies, creative direction, and execution plans.
• Strong instincts for content formats, creator-brand fit, and performance across platforms.
• Comfortable with structured systems like Airtable or Notion for clean workflows.
• Fluent English required for communicating with senior stakeholders and US-based clients.
• Experience guiding and reviewing junior team members while staying hands-on.
