What you will do

• Proactively identify, acquire, and onboard new partners while nurturing and expanding relationships with existing ones
• Act as primary contact for partners, addressing needs, resolving issues, and ensuring support for their business objectives
• Ensure partners comply with business, regulatory, and brand guidelines
• Collaborate with internal teams on market development strategies to drive partner engagement and growth
• Represent the company at industry events, expos, and seminars, with occasional travel
• Provide strategic insights to retain partners and help them achieve success, meeting and exceeding KPIs

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in Sales, Partnership, or Business Development in financial services (a plus)
• Experience achieving results on international markets
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills at all levels, internally and externally
• Leadership skills and holistic business development vision
• Proven track record in proactive sales and business development
• High integrity, dependability, and ability to work in high-pressure global multi-language environment
• Fluency in English and Mongolian required, additional languages advantageous
• Excellent team player able to build consensus across functions
