What you will do

• Develop and implement partner retention strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
• Serve as the primary contact for partners and provide personalised support.
• Monitor partner satisfaction, collect feedback, and improve partner experiences.
• Analyse partner behaviour to identify upselling and product customisation opportunities.
• Communicate company products and marketing promotions to partners.
• Share platform improvement ideas with Business Development teams and monitor industry and competitive trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• Fluent Uzbek and Russian with excellent written and spoken English.
• At least two years of experience in a similar position.
• Strong business relationship-building, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Target-oriented, resourceful, autonomous, and able to work under pressure.
