Senior UX Researcher (Logistics, Rider): Conduct global UX research for logistics products including rider apps, vendor tools, and dispatcher systems with an accent on understanding user needs across diverse markets. Focus on autonomously managing mixed-method research projects, driving foundational studies to clarify problem spaces, and influencing product roadmaps through actionable insights.

Location: Hybrid in Berlin, Germany (2 days a week in office). Relocation support to Berlin available.

What you will do

• Autonomously manage multiple global research projects using mixed methods from discovery to tactical stages.
• Drive user-centered culture by studying global user behavior and initiating foundational research.
• Lead research prioritization based on user value, business impact, effort, and product phase.
• Build research roadmaps in agile context, collaborate with stakeholders, and communicate insights.
• Mentor junior researchers, designers, and product owners in UX research skills.
• Develop and extend research methods, operations, and processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years in UX research, product research, or applied research.
• Ability to define research goals, select methods, manage recruitment, execute, and synthesize insights.
• Excellent planning, prioritization, and time-management in fast-paced environments.
• Experience as primary investigator across full product lifecycle, connecting research to roadmaps and strategy.
• Passion for mentoring non-experts in research.
• Fluency in English required; strong communication and collaboration skills.
